Browser-based WebClock

The WorkForce Software WebClock is part of the employee self-service features in EmpCenter. The WebClock enables employees to punch-in, punch-out, and/or record labor distribution information. This capability automatically stamps the time from the server (adjusted for each time zone). Our web-based timeclock software is a great way to eliminate the expense of dedicated badge readers.

Browser-based Timesheets

EmpCenter includes a web-based timesheet to allow employees, managers, or timekeepers to enter employee time directly through a browser. A variety of screens are available depending on the desired input formats and collection requirements. All of the screens are fully configurable to enforce your business rules.

Since web-based timesheets can be used through your browser, there is no additional cost for this option. Furthermore, there is no need to install software to use this option, making it easy to distribute this data collection method to a large numbers of users directly at their desktop computers.

Phone-based IVR

Ideal for organizations with mobile, field and remote employees, the phone-based interactive voice response (IVR) system easily collects employee time, labor distribution, and billing codes.

Badge readers

WorkForce Software offers one-stop shopping for comprehensive time and attendance software and data collection solutions via traditional wall mounted badge readers. We offer magnetic stripe, bar-code, and HID and Wiegand Proximity readers. The badge readers connect to your network and transmit transactions immediately or maintain the transactions in queue when the server or network is down. Badge readers easily record time and attendance with a simple swipe of the badge.

Biometric (Fingerprint Readers and Hand Geometry)

WorkForce Software offers biometric readers for time and attendance to eliminate the age-old problem of employees buddy-punching for each other. With biometric readers, each employee’s unique fingerprint or hand geometry is used to authenticate that person. Biometric authentication measures the unique, invariable characteristics of an individual. This solution offers added security as well as reducing payroll costs when used with the WorkForce Software’s EmpCenter.

Touch Screens

Touch screens provide a simple, convenient method of time entry. Used in conjunction with scanners, you can collect information just as easily as a badge reader without deploying special equipment. In addition, touch screen technology allows for a more “modern” experience for your employees than a wall mounted badge reader.

Handheld Scanners

Bar code scanners are another efficient method of collecting time. The ease of use and simple configuration makes bar code scanners a popular method of data collection.
